The story begins in the era when wine was drunk in taverns or wine shops: pitchers, fermentation tanks, common dispensers. Louis Nicolas had a vision ahead of his time and decided to sell wine in sealed bottles, guaranteeing traceability and quality to each customer.
Two centuries later, that same philosophy guides us: selecting one by one, guaranteeing the origin, and prioritizing craftsmanship over marketing.
