1. Acceptance and availability

These General Conditions regulate the legal relationship arising from the purchase processes carried out between users and Nicolas Marbella. By placing an order, the customer unreservedly accepts these conditions.

Product availability is subject to stock. Nicolas Marbella reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any product from the catalog at any time.

2. Purchase process

  1. Select the products and add them to the cart.
  2. Log in as a registered customer or continue as a guest.
  3. Enter delivery and billing details.
  4. Select the shipping and payment method.
  5. Review and confirm the order.
  6. You will receive an email with the confirmation and order details.

3. Prices

All prices shown on the site include the applicable VAT according to current regulations. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before confirming the order.

Nicolas Marbella reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of confirming the order.

4. Payment methods

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bizum, and bank transfer. All payments are processed through secure PCI-DSS certified gateways.

5. Order confirmation

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with the order details. This confirmation serves as a sales contract between Nicolas Marbella and the customer.

6. Sales to adults

The sale of alcoholic beverages is restricted to individuals over 18 years of age. The customer declares compliance with this requirement upon confirming the order. The transport agency may request an ID at the time of delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 102 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal. For more information, please consult our Shipping and Returns page.

8. Warranty and responsibility

Nicolas Marbella guarantees the origin, authenticity, and preservation of the products. In case of defect or breakage during transport, the customer must report it within the first 24 hours after receipt, providing photographs. We will proceed with replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Data protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the LOPDGDD. Consult our Privacy Policy for more information.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts of Marbella (Málaga), unless consumer regulations establish otherwise.
