Shipping Policy
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process. To guarantee correct delivery, it is essential that the data is accurate and that the recipient is of legal age and available at the address provided.
Delivery Times
- Peninsula: 24-48 hours for orders confirmed before 14:00 (Monday to Friday).
- Balearic Islands: 3-5 business days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: check conditions at checkout.
- International: check specific conditions for your country.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free in the peninsula for orders over €70. Below this amount, the cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Tracking
You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the transport agency picks up the package. You can also check the status of your order from your customer account.
Refrigerated Packaging
All our shipments are made with specialized packaging to guarantee the preservation of the wines during transport. In summer, we use additional thermal protection at no extra cost.
Returns Policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 102 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without the need for justification.
Conditions for Return
- Bottles must be closed, unopened and in their original packaging.
- Returns of products that have been tampered with or show signs of use will not be accepted.
- The customer assumes the cost of return shipping, except in the case of a defective product or shipping error.
How to Return
- Write to us at vinosnicolasmarbella@gmail.com indicating the order number and the products to be returned.
- We will send you instructions and a return label.
- Once the package is received and its condition is verified, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days.
Defective or Broken Products
In case of a defective product, damage during transport or a shipping error, contact us within the first 24 hours after receipt, providing photographs of the product and packaging. We will proceed with replacement or refund at no cost to the customer.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order as long as it has not left our warehouse. Once shipped, you must wait to receive it and process the return according to the described procedure.
