Uby Zero Alcohol
François Morel comes from a generation of Swiss winegrowers who arrived in France in 1920 and from a line of Armagnac winegrowers. With simplicity and dynamism, he has been ensuring the growth of the family estate for several years. He expresses his passion through his wines: wines of pleasure and quality, wines of conviviality and sharing in the image of the wines of Gascony and the region. The technique for dealcoholising the wine involves evaporating all the alcohol using an innovative process of partial evaporation under vacuum at low temperature. This technique does not alter the wine and preserves its aromatic profile.
