Les Vergers de la Chapelle is a traditional Norman cider house based in the Manche department (50), near the D-Day landing beaches (Utah Beach). This cider house was created in the mid 1940's and works according to traditional methods.
100% pure cider apple juice, no added sugar, its cuvées are not pasteurised.
Controlled fermentation in vats, indigenous yeasts.
